Base Liquor(s):
1/4 oz of Islay scotch


Other Ingredient(s):
1/2 oz of Lemon juice
3/4 oz of Honey syrup
3 slices of Ginger

Steps:

Muddle ginger in shaker.
Add all ingredients but Islay scotch, shake with ice, and strain.
Float Islay scotch on top.
Garnish with candied ginger.
