Base Liquor(s):
1.5 oz of Rum
2 oz of Champagne


Other Ingredient(s):
3/4 oz of Lime juice
6 to 8 of Mint leaves
1 oz of Simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Steps:

Add all ingredients except champagne to a shaking tin.
Shake with ice and strain.
Top with champagne.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

(Note: Any dry sparkling wine will work fine in lieu of champagne.)
