Base Liquor(s):
1 oz + 5 tsp of Shochu
1/2 tsp of Mezcal


Other Ingredient(s):
5 tsp of Simple syrup
1.5 tsp of Celery juice

Steps:

Rim a rocks glass with sea salt and dashi.
Add all ingredients except celery juice to shaker and shake with ice.
Strain over ice.
Float celery juice on top.
