Stir with ice and strain.
Serve with ice.
(Kasey's note: be *so* careful with the fish sauce. Add a drop at a time and smell as you go, because it will easily overwhelm everything else. I suspect chocolate bitters or even Ango might be an okay substitute for the mole bitters and you could infuse five spice into a small batch of the baijiu if you didn't want to go find the five spice bitters.)
