Crimean Cup a la Marmora

Base Liquor(s):
1 oz of Brandy
1/2 oz of Jamaica rum
3 oz of Champagne

Liquer(s):

Other Ingredient(s):
1/2 oz of Lemon juice
1 tsp of Sugar
4 oz of Soda water
2 oz of Orgeat syrup
2 slices (broad) of Lemon peel

Steps:

In a mixing glass, muddle the lemon peel with the sugar and dark rum.
Add remain ingredients except for champagne and stir.
Divide into 2 goblets with 2 or 3 lumps of ice each.
Divide the champagne between the goblets.
