Base Liquor(s):

1 oz of Gold rum

2 oz of Prosecco

Liquer(s):

1/2 oz of Galliano l'Autentico

Other Ingredient(s):

2 oz of Pineapple juice

1 dash of Lime juice

Steps:

Shake all ingredients except prosecco with ice.
Strain into a highball glass with ice and top with prosecco.
Garnish with pineapple and a maraschino cherry. Optionally, a sprig of mint.
