Base Liquor(s):
1 oz of Absinthe

Liquer(s):
1/4 oz of Creme de menthe

Other Ingredient(s):
1/4 oz of Orgeat syrup
1 of Egg white
1 oz of Cream

Steps:

Dry shake absinthe, orgeat, and egg white.
Add cream and ice, shake to chill.
Double strain and float crème de menthe on top.
Garnish with grated nutmeg.
